Compatibility

Our starter kits come with a Tedee GO smart lock, designed for installation on the interior side of the main entrance door >>, directly attaching to a European cylinder with an embedded key.

It’s essential for the cylinder to possess an emergency feature >>, allowing for simultaneous operation with keys inserted from both ends. This guarantees that the door remains accessible from the exterior using a key.

For locks that are either non-compatible or of varied kinds, an adapter or a substitute cylinder might be necessary. These components can be acquired from tedee.com but aren’t part of the smart hosting package.

Payment failure

Should there be a payment lag exceeding 14 days, the smart functionalities get disabled, rendering the door lock operational in a conventional manner, even with the Tedee GO fitted.
