What do I need to check before ordering?

Generally, there are three main requirements.

First, our smart lock is compatible with European, Nordic, and Swiss cylinders.

If your door opens inwards, the distance between your door frame (when closed) and the centre of your keyhole needs to be equal to or larger than 30mm.

When using a European adapter, your cylinder needs to stick out between 2-6mm from the door escutcheon on the inside.
