  We have a couple of options for enabling the use of tedee smart locks with Master Key or Keyed Alike systems. Please, contact us at support@tedee.com with details of your setup.

• Can I order two cylinders that open with the same key?

  Yes! We offer that as a custom order that takes about 2-3 weeks to prepare. Contact us at support@tedee.com.

• Do I have to use a new cylinder or adapter to install a smart lock?

  We offer easy-to-install adapters for European, Nordic, and Swiss lock types. However, you can replace your European cylinder with a tedee smart lock compatible modular cylinder. Read more about both setups here.
